As Requirements Engineer (f/m/x) in our Digital Lab Solutions Division you will elecitate and specify the

design of innovative and high-quality software products to meet customer needs and business objectives.

• Collaborate with product owners and stakeholders to elicit and document detailed softwarerequirements
• Analyze requirements to ensure alignment with business goals, user needs, and technical feasibility
• Create clear and concise requirement specifications, including use cases, user stories, and functionaland non-functional requirements
• Work closely with the development team to ensure requirements are understood and implementedcorrectly
• Conduct requirement verification and validation activities to ensure accuracy and completeness
• Participate in design reviews and provide input on system architecture and design
• Assist in the development of test plans and test cases to ensure requirements are met
• Manage and track requirement changes throughout the product lifecycle
• Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery
