Description:

Responsibilities:
As a Requirements/Training Engineer, you will serve as the primary point of contact and trainer for our C A T Control System. Your role involves delivering comprehensive training programs for operators across various venues where our C A T System is installed. You will be responsible for addressing questions related to system operations, software updates, and bug fixes, while collaborating with the R&D Department to ensure timely resolution of any software issues. Your tasks include in particular:
- Operator Training:Conduct intensive training sessions worldwide for operators in diverse locations (Theatres, Opera Houses, Venues, etc.) to ensure they are well-versed in the functionalities and features of the C A
- T system.
- Create and update training materials tailored to different skill levels and operational contexts.
- Support and Collaboration:
- Serve as the primary contact for operators, forwarding concerns about software functionality, updates, and troubleshooting when needed.
- In-House Training:Organize and lead in-house training sessions for new employees, introducing them to the C A
- T system and its functionalities.
- Develop engaging content that cultivates a deep understanding of the system among new team members.
- Public Speaking and Presentations:Prepare and present lectures on the C A
- T system and its advantages at trade fairs or conferences, aligning topics with organizational goals and audience interests.Engage directly with potential clients through travel to showcase the C A
- T system and its benefits, addressing their specific needs and facilitating discussions.
- Collaboration with Stakeholders:Meet with theatre planners to understand their requirements and demonstrate how the C A
- T system can enhance their operations.Present the C A
- T system at universities, fostering partnerships and exploring educational opportunities related to our technology.
