Description:
Research Administrator Location: Sydenham Department: Research Hours: 22.5 hours per week, 5 days a week Salary: £18,243.13 per annum for 22.5 hours per week (FTE £29,189) We are currently seeking a highly motivated and organised Research Administrator to join our busy Research Team. This essential role involves providing comprehensive administrative support throughout the research process, ensuring the smooth coordination of activities and effective collaboration with research teams, academics, and external partners. Key Responsibilities: Maintain accurate and up-to-date research records. Perform data entry and manage research-related documents and systems.
Manage incoming and outgoing communications (emails, calls, etc.). Assist with organising and coordinating meetings, events, and research-related activities. Support the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents as required. Provide day-to-day administrative assistance to the Research Team, ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently.
To succeed in this role, you will have: Strong organisational skills and the ability to plan, prioritise, and manage multiple tasks. Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact with internal and external stakeholders. A keen attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all aspects of your work. The ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
