Health Services and Outcomes Research (HSOR) is a multi-disciplinary health services research department in National Healthcare Group (NHG) that provides decision support, evaluates programs and studies health behaviour. JOB REQUIREMENTS

• A degree in Data Science, preferably a Masters in related fields. Strong and flexible in application of fundamentals of mathematics, probability & statistics and computer science; has good knowledge of programming in Python or R.
• Having a background in biology in high school/JC will be an advantage.
• Entry level candidates may apply.

• Process and analyse large healthcare databases to draw insightful results from descriptive, explanatory, predictive modelling and simulation. Experiment with generative AI for applications in analytics, productivity and healthcare.
• You are creative and curious to continue learning the wide field of HSR analytics covering population epidemiology, healthcare cost, utilization and disease progression. You are self-driven with a hands-on approach who delivers, with guidance from team.
