THE OPPORTUNITY

We’re looking for a Research Analyst who excels at transforming data into compelling, actionable insights that drive our content strategy. You will conduct in-depth research, utilizing first-party data, surveys, and other data collection methods to uncover key trends and opportunities in our industry. By working closely with the content and marketing teams, you will play a crucial role in turning complex data into engaging stories that resonate with our audience and strengthen our brand’s presence as a thought leader in the field.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 5-7 years of experience in a research or data analysis role, preferably within the technology, SaaS, or data-driven industries.
  • Proven ability to conduct both qualitative and quantitative research, including survey design, data collection, and data analysis.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex datasets into clear, actionable insights.
  • Experience using data visualization tools such as Power BI, Looker, Domo, or Data Studio for presenting research insights and reports.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey research findings effectively to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Highly organized and capable of managing multiple research projects simultaneously, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of results.
  • Familiarity with research tools and platforms such as SurveyMonkey, Qualtrics, or Typeform for survey creation and distribution.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Experience in a B2B SaaS, technology, or data-driven organization focused on the IT & Security audience.
  • Familiarity with market research methodologies, including competitive analysis, customer surveys, and industry trend monitoring.
  • Experience working with content teams to translate research insights into compelling narratives.
