We are looking for a Research Analyst:
Research Analyst contribute significantly to the success of research deliverables (i.e. candidate identification, competitive profiles, labor market trends) through their participation in the research and analysis of the designated talent channels that impact the successful selection and timely placement of pivotal positions at MetLife. Armed with strong analytic skills, intellectual curiosity, and a passion for research, Research Analysts first strive to identify and develop the best solutions to these important business challenges, and then work to deliver these solutions to our LOB leaders and HR partners.
Research Analysts focus their efforts on data-driven research initiatives that either 1) support the more qualitative sourcing activities being completed by exec recruiters, or 2) stand alone as dedicated deep dive information specialists. Over time, Research Analysts may work on a variety of different projects, including: the design and development of research tools, surveys, and benchmarking initiatives; the collection, organization, and analysis of data; the automation of procedures, processes, and reporting; and collaboration with other colleagues on a broad range of business initiatives.
We seek talented research professionals who are principally motivated by ideas but also drive ownership for exceeding performance goals. Successful candidates tend to be as (if not more) interested in mastering a broad intellectual terrain or struggling through a complex problem in order to develop solid consultative skills.
- Develop timely business alerts based on competitive intelligence tracking for top talent competitors, launched via ATS.
- Creates Talentelligence playbooks, identifies potential sources and cultivates prospects for candidate generation to be captured in ATS.
- Maintains data integrity and information sharing across the team. Helps to build out systems/process/tools for scalable information sharing across Talent Acquisition organization such as sharepoint sites.
- Conduct gap analysis on hiring process pass rates and the quality of leads developed from assigned sourcing channels.
- Audit the effectiveness of designated talent channels for a given profile on an ongoing basis
- Utilize research assisted AI, online database searches, internal databases, semantic searching tactics, research and telephone verification as well as professional networking, user groups, contact lists. You will also be expected to build and deliver sourcing placemats.
- Proactively suggest strategy ideas and approaches to the HRBP community and other relevant LOB stakeholders
- Research channel trends, new market players and best practices in channel strategy.
- Participating in the creation of research deliverables, including battlecards, executive summaries, case studies, presentations, etc
- Supporting LATAM team through other tasks such as creating self-service research tools, pushing weekly feeds/updates to the HRBP organizations, competitive intelligence/org mapping, sharing best practices around innovative recruitment research and crowdsourcing/gamification tactics to deepen employment branding for specific profiles.
