Description:

  • Responsible in filing and issuance of technical documents and other regulatory requirements
  • Test raw materials for application on new products and as alternative for existing products
  • Perform sensory evaluation and provide consistent, correct, and correlated results
  • Prepares samples and documents needed for analysis
  • Assists in product development and improvement

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Candidate must be a graduate of BS Food Technology or Chemistry.
  • Knowledgeable in documentation and implementation of GMP and HACCP.
  • Experience in a food manufacturing environment or a similar R&D role
  • Proficiency in laboratory techniques, including food analysis, formulation, and sensory evaluation.
  • Familiarity with software for data analysis (e.g., Microsoft Excel, statistical software) and product formulation software.
  • Understanding of food safety regulations, quality control processes, and good manufacturing practices (GMP).
