Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the R&D Manager to manage product development, from sample preparation to testing and status updates.
- Explore new materials and components to meet project specifications and innovate product solutions.
- Contribute to the development of manufacturing processes by assisting with formulation, documentation, and product development.
- Formulate products and samples for both internal and customer evaluations, including aerosol package preparation.
- Coordinate with warehouse and operations teams to ensure materials and components are readily available for production.
- Document key processes including compounding, sample preparation, and sample lot retention, ensuring thorough record-keeping.
- Evaluate and assess projects for technical requirements, formulation, processing, and quality control standards.
- Conduct and document testing on products, comparing physical, chemical, and performance attributes against established targets or existing brands.
- Support the development of product specifications and ensure smooth handoff to the Quality Control team.
- Work closely with Operations and Regulatory to create, record, and approve Product Master Formulas and Specifications.
- Oversee the product stability program in partnership with the R&D Manager and Regulatory teams.
- Prioritize multiple tasks across samples for production, R&D, and stability studies to ensure efficient project execution.
- Assist in managing and investigating complaints, deviations, and non-conformance issues, driving continuous improvement.
