Description:
BRIEF DESCRIPTION
As Programme Manager for schools, you will be entrusted to develop and deliver well-being programmes for schools to improve the well-being of their students or staff.
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline, with emphasis in Psychology
- Display interest and knowledge in the science of well-being or positive psychology
- At least 1 year of relevant research and programmes implementation experience
Responsibilities:
- Design and deliver research projects and programmes to help clients achieve greater well-being in themselves and their organisations
- Manage, train, and upskill our pool of facilitators to deliver impact-driven research projects and programmes
- Track impact of research projects and programmes
- Prepare and present Impact Evaluation Report
- Drive innovation to improve the quality of research projects and programmes
