THIS POSTING WILL BE USED TO HIRE 3 POSITIONS
Research Assistants are normally students, in a University of Winnipeg undergraduate program, employed to assist with tasks related to research. Work is performed within defined guidelines and under supervision of a more senior researcher or faculty member.
POSITION OVERVIEW:
The aim of this project is to publish an edited collection to be used as a resource for Women’s and Gender studies courses and for courses that focus on social justice organizing. The aim of this book is to highlight how Black, Indigenous and People of Colour (BIPOC) people have come together and worked in different capacities to organize anti-racism movements in Winnipeg.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Major in WGS.
