JOB SUMMARY:
Westat is seeking an individual with research experience to work on a large, fast-paced research support project for the National Cancer Institute. This position supports the setup and testing of patient enrollment forms, manual patient enrollments, and responds to queries from stakeholders. Staff work independently and collaboratively with other project staff to ensure project procedures are followed. The normal service hours are Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 5:30 pm ET.
This is a full-time position to work onsite at our Westat corporate office in Maryland 3 days/week and 2 days/week from your home office.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
- A bachelor’s degree in health or social science related fields.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Prior clinical trials experience and/or data management experience.
- Must be comfortable with using a variety of computer software including MS Office.
OTHER REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Demonstrated communication skills.
- Collaboration with teams, managers and/or clients.
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced area.
- Organization skills, including time management ability.
- Detail oriented.

Responsibilities:
- Setup and testing of patient enrollment forms using standard tools and procedures.
- Entry of protocol setup information to support testing and production following a standard form.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure edit specifications are tested and function correctly.
- Migrate forms to production, complete activation tasks, and coordinate with stakeholders to schedule production releases.
- Support manual enrollments and respond to site inquiries on enrollment issues.
- Assist with documentation development and training materials.
