The “Transport Processes” department of the Fraunhofer Institute for Industrial Mathematics ITWM is concerned with the modelling and efficient simulation of complex industrial problems for the design and optimisation of technical processes and products.
One focus is the development of the software tool MESHFREE for fluid and continuum mechanics applications, which has already been in productive use for several years with well-known industrial partners. Our goal: to make MESHFREE a permanent fixture on the market - with your support!
