Description:
Temasek Laboratories@NTU is seeking a Research Assistant to work towards understanding the parameters that influence the properties of carbon nanomaterial composites.
Key Responsibilities:
- Experience with synthesis and characterization of composites and wet-chemistry laboratory skills.
- Investigate approaches for tuning the electrical, mechanical, and thermal properties of carbon nanomaterial composites via approaches such as thermal treatments and infiltration of filler materials, etc.
- Lead the research activities on synthesis and characterization of nanomaterial composites.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Materials Science and Engineering, Electrical and Electronic Engineering, Computer Engineering, Physical and Mathematical Sciences or relevant disciplines.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts clearly and concisely.
- Commitment to maintaining high standards of safety, quality, and professionalism in all aspects of work
