Description:
We are seeking an orthoptist wishing to contribute to an exciting clinical study on childhood visual impairment due to stroke and acquired brain injury, funded by the Stroke Association.
This post will be based in the Department of Primary Care and Mental Health within the VISION Research Group, alongside Professor Fiona Rowe and Dr Lauren Hepworth. The project provides an excellent opportunity to undertake high quality research within a stimulating multi-disciplinary context working directly with a team from the University of Liverpool and two NHS Trusts in Liverpool and Manchester.
You will be a registered orthoptist with the Health and Care Professions Council with post qualification clinical experience.
This post is fixed term from 1 January 2025 until 31 December 2027.
