Description:
The Research Assistant role presents an exciting opportunity to be part of a growing company in an industry that is rapidly transforming and to learn from the best – you would be working alongside our newly appointed Chief Methodologist, who is a multi-award-winning research methodologist, acclaimed author and speaker in our industry, recognised for their contributions to online survey design and research techniques, and commitment to improving data quality and insight. You will learn about the fundamentals of research methodology and research best practices, with opportunities to develop your skills in data analytics and machine learning.
This role has a wide and all-encompassing remit with both short and long-term focusses. In the short-term, the Research Assistant will be vital in assisting with all administrative tasks to get our Chief Methodologist up-to-speed and running as quickly as possible from essential operational and administrative tasks such as attending meetings and taking action points, to gathering intelligence and data. In the long term, the Research Assistant will play a key role in the discovery, review, analysis and implementation of emerging methodologies and new ways of working. For example, one of the long-term goals could be developing solutions to help in the analysis and optimisation of surveys using machine learning techniques.
