Job Description:
JOB DESCRIPTION
The successful candidate will be working on developing robotics software for interactions with humans. Please see the CLeAR Lab website for a sample of projects: https://clear-nus.github.io
QUALIFICATIONS
- Proficient at developing software for robot systems (ROS, ROS2) and integration on hardware platforms (e.g., Franka Emika Panda robot)
- Proficient at software development in C/C++/Python and machine learning frameworks e.g., PyTorch.
- Experience developing Augmented Reality or Virtual reality systems for robot applications.
- Experience with tactile-based robotics.
- Knowledge of robot control, especially impedence control.
- Knowledge of hardware/electronics development (3d printing, basic electronics components) considered a plus.
