POSITION SUMMARY

Applications are invited for the role of Research Assistant atCancer Research @UCC within the College of Medicine and Health. Please note that while ideally this position is for 1 FTE (full-time equivalent), alternative arrangements can be considered.
We are looking for a motivated individual to join our Cancer Research @UCC Research Support Administration Team, supporting investigators at Cancer Research @UCC. The role requires excellent experience in providing personal assistant (PA) support, ensuring seamless operations for our principal investigators.
In addition to PA duties, ideally based on the experience, the successful candidate will also support centre-wide grant activities, including grant research, assisting with writing and submitting proposals and working closely with the UCC Research Office.
Project Title: Cancer Research @UCC – Research Support Administration Team.
Post Duration: 12 Months
Additional notes: Ideally, this position is for 1 FTE (full-time equivalent): however, alternative arrangements can be accommodated for the successful candidate.
Salary: €31,962 - €41,943 per annum (IUA Research Assistant Scale)
