Our Talent Management team are currently seeking a Research Associate to support the Allianz Australia Limited (AAL) Executive Search and Succession Planning strategy. This is a part time role, available 3 days per week or as a reduced hours over 4 days arrangement.
Working closely with our Executive Talent Acquisition Lead, you will bring your proven track record in sourcing executive-level talent, as you play a pivotal role in building internal and external talent pipelines for open and future roles, positioning Allianz as an employer of choice in the market.

Responsibilities:

  • Act as a conduit to the internal and external market for talent, providing expert advice on senior movements and trends
  • Define sourcing strategy and plans, including building talent pipelines and executing tactical research, referral generation, events, and sourcing campaigns
  • Deliver strategic market insights and mapping to support Allianz’s future skill growth plans
  • Engage and maintain ongoing relationships in the market to ensure an engaged pipeline of available talent for critical roles
  • Deliver engagement campaigns and events to amplify Allianz’s brand and encourage ambassador opportunities
  • Research, analyze, and report on market intelligence and trends to understand and execute against shifts in the marketplace
  • Maintain accurate data to deliver talent insights, trends, and succession plans to support strategic talent decisions
