Research Associate in Mobile Refrigeration (Internal Only)

Aston University has received funding from the Efficiency for Access Research and Development programme. The project is being done in collaboration with businesses from the UK and Uganda. The project aims to develop an energy/cost-efficient mobile cooling system to support the fishery business in Uganda. As the Research Associate, you will be based at Aston University and will work in collaboration with other overseas researchers. You will use a modelling-based design approach to develop and optimise different system designs. First hand experience in 3D thermal modelling and experimentation is required.
The appointee will work professionally alongside other Researchers, Engineers, and Technicians at the College of Engineering and Physical Science.
