HERE’S WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO THE TABLE:
1-3 years of related industry experience or a BS in biological science (or equivalent) with related industry experience.
Responsibilities:
THE ROLE:
We are seeking a Research Associate in In Vivo Pharmacology to conduct rodent studies supporting Platform Science research. The ideal candidate will have experience with conducting mouse and rat studies, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work collaboratively. Attention to detail is essential for handling samples and supporting various studies across multiple disease areas.
HERE’S WHAT YOU’LL DO:
Primarily support study execution for internal in vivo studies involving rats and mice.
Perform technical procedures, including dosing, anesthesia administration, surgical procedures, and post-operative care.
Label tubes, process samples, and manage shipping and other support activities.
Manage samples collected from in vivo studies.
Execute and troubleshoot standard protocols, adapting new ones as required.
Document scientific work accurately and contribute to reports and presentations.
Maintain the highest standard of animal welfare in all experimental studies.
Familiarity with laboratory information management systems (LIMS) or data analysis software.
