We are looking for a skilled Research Associate (m/f/d) to join our R&D Formulation Development team focusing on developability assessment and formulation development for the production of therapeutics in the fields of hematology and immunology. The successful applicant will take on a versatile role in a collaborative multi-disciplinary team. Using state-of-the-art laboratory automation technology, you will support the selection of suitable lead candidates and contribute to the development of liquid and lyophilized formulations of recombinant therapeutic proteins.
This permanent position is available at the next possible date at our site in Heidelberg.

• Supervised design and execution of (pre-)formulation studies and developability screenings with independent processing of subprojects
• Assist in the development, evaluation, and optimization of lyophilization processes
• Execute methods and workflows on robotic high-throughput platforms
• Create electronic lab notebooks and work instructions and contribute to the preparation of study plans and development reports
• Present and discuss data and scientific literature in internal meetings
• Maintain and troubleshoot laboratory equipment and contribute to the general upkeep of the laboratory
