REQUIREMENTS:

  • A minimum of a Bachelors degree in Life Sciences, Chemistry, Pharmacy, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in regulatory affairs or a related filed within the pharmaceutical industry or Dietary supplements is preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to understand medical information and interpret results.
  • Knowledge of regulatory submission processes and documentation requirements.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in reviewing and managing regulatory documentation.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

ABOUT THE ROLE:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as
Associate Researcher. This role involves reviewing and summarizing scientific
literature related to Natural Health Products (NHPs) and creating regulatory-compliant,
evidence-based documentation. If you have a strong background in medical writing,
research, and regulatory affairs, along with a deep understanding of natural ingredients
and Health Canada’s NHP guidelines, we’d love to hear from you.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Develop and write regulatory-compliant documents, including clinical study summaries and evidence reports.
  • Conduct in-depth reviews of research articles, clinical trials, systematic reviews, and meta-analyses related to Natural Health Products.
  • Evaluate and summarize the safety and efficacy of natural ingredients based on scientific evidence.
  • Ensure all documents adhere to Health Canada’s NHP guidelines and other applicable regulations.
  • Substantiate label claims by reviewing and validating data on safety, efficacy, and compliance with regulatory standards.
