is offering a Research associate position (m/w/d) full-time or part-time, for a limited period, extension possible Your tasks:
We offer a research associate position with focus on brain imaging-derived biomarkers for precision psychiatry. Our research team employs data-driven analysis techniques for large datasets from a systems neuroscience perspective. We make use of clinical and magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) data and of non-invasive brain stimulation for characterization of psychopathological symptoms and application of personalized interventions. Main duty of the researcher will be to build reproducible pipelines for algorithmic decoding of multimodal multiscale brain architectures for identification of targets for noninvasive brain stimulation. Your profile:
Candidate with degree in bioinformatics, biomedical engineering, computer science, mathematics, medicine, neuroscience, physics, psychology or related areas
PhD degree is expected, but the call is also open to applicants holding an excellent master’s degree
Strong programming skills (Python, R or Matlab)
Experience with machine learning as a plus
Very good English communication and writing skills
