Responsibilities:

The Research Associate will participate in a project that involves characterization of metal-organic frameworks (MOFs) using multinuclear solid-state NMR spectroscopy. Specifically, the RA will be engaged in analyzing multinuclear solid-state NMR spectra of metal-organic frameworks via spectral simulation, carrying out DFT calculations, conducting literature review and writing manuscripts for peer-reviewed journals. The RA will be supervised by Professor Yining Huang. The applicants should be highly familiar with various NMR simulation and DFT calculation software packages and NMR pulse sequences and experimental methods.
