Description:
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
- Good communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and external vendors.
- Proficient in in Excel reporting and analyzing data.

Pay: KD400.000 per mont
Responsibilities:
- Manage agreements and negotiations with payment providers.
- Process applications, documents and KYC in timely manner
- Monitor and analyze payment-related data, generate regular reports on payment gateway performance, identify trends, patterns, and potential issues, and provide actionable insights to improve payment processes.
- Communicate with payment gateway providers, acquiring banks, and other third-party payment service providers to resolve issues and ensure smooth operations.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements related to payment gateways and online payment processing.
- Implement strategies to optimize and enhance payment workflows for customers
