C&D Foods, part of the ABP Food Group, are currently recruiting hardworking and ambitious graduates from a wide range of disciplines including Research & Development, for a role based in Ireland with travel to out 9 manufacturing sites in Mainland Europe.

THE C&D FOODS GRADUATE EXPERIENCE:
Graduates starting a career at C&D Foods will be given responsibility from day one. Over the course of our 2 year programme you travel around many our 9 production sites in Europe and gain hands on experience which will open the door to multiple opportunities and a life long career. You will be supported with on the job and external training, experience and work alongside a number of different departments of the business and connect with mentors and other graduates across the company.
As a key member of the Research & Development team you will be assisting with the implementation and generation of projects across numerous sites in Europe, all the while learning in a structured training programme.
Responsibilities:
- Support in the formulation of recipes and follow through of amendments which meet legal and nutritional requirements
- Implement projects which promote cost efficiency and least cost practice
- Support in carrying out recipe trials and interpreting analysis results
- Coordination of projects, tracking progress and management of timelines
- Gathering and filtering of data relevant to key projects
- Development of new ideas and raw material alternatives which add value to the business
- Challenge the way things are done and come up with solutions to continually improve production and processing
