Research Fellow (Condensed matter physics)

Division of Physics and Applied Physics (PAP) in School of Physical and Mathematical Sciences (SPMS) is looking for a candidate to join them as a Research Fellow.

Key Responsibilities

• Study correlated twisted materials and other topological quantum materials with strong correlations
• Predict nonlinear responses of quantum materials
• Provide theoretical support for our experimental collaborators
• Work collaboratively and train junior lab members

Job Requirements

• PhD in Physics
• Self-motivated with solid background in group theory
• Related research experience in topological quantum materials
• Able to work as a team and independently in an interdisciplinary team
• Published at least 1-2 publications as a first author in top international peer-reviewed journals
