We will design, evaluate, and implement a personalised multisectoral intervention called CO-ACTION employing a variety of mix methods and approaches.
One position is available for a Research Fellow at the Centre for Primary Care and Health Services Research, The University of Manchester. The spine point awarded will depend on previous experience.
