OVERVIEW
The Kolen’ko Research Group is dedicated to answering fundamental questions of chemistry, catalysis, and materials science in important energy and environmental challenges.
We are looking for a qualified Research Fellow (Postdoc) to join our team under the Moving2Neutrality Agenda of the PRR framework.
Job Duties
The job duties will be the following:
- Develop catalysts and porous transport layers with improved performance;
- Fabricate electrodes, assemble, and test electrolyser;
- Research, analysis, and optimisation of performance.
EDUCATION
- PhD in Natural Sciences or Engineering.
Experience and Technical Skills
- High technical capability;
- Expert in membrane-based electrolysis systems;
- Experience in membrane electrode assembly fabrication;
- Knowledge of electrolyser components;
- Proven track-record on membrane-based electrolysis;
- Hands-on experience and lab work.
PERSONAL SKILLS
- Attention to details, good observation skills;
- Excellent team player in multidisciplinary environment;
- Good writing, organisation, and communication skills;
- Strive to contribute with new ideas.
