The mission of the Department of Clinical and Experimental Epilepsy is to transform the lives of people living with epilepsy for the better by identifying, understanding and correcting or preventing the underlying mechanisms leading to the epilepsies and associated comorbidities in each individual person. Our vision is to build upon the excellence and breadth of our research, seamlessly integrating basic and clinical science.
The UCL Epilepsy Imaging Group is part of the Department and is primarily based in the Epilepsy Society MRI Unit.
Responsibilities:
ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a Research Fellow to join us at the UCL Epilepsy Society MRI and TMS Unit. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing the fMRI and TMS studies, as well as conducting a retention audit of cenobamate usage as outlined in the PRESTO protocol. You will collaborate closely with other research staff and the Principal Investigators to ensure that the studies are set up effectively and delivered within the planned recruitment timeline.
The role is available immediately and is funded by the Epilepsy Society until 30 September 2025.
This role is eligible for hybrid working with a minimum of 60% of time on site.
