JOB DESCRIPTION.

Research Insight Manager
Our client, one of the world’s largest Pharmaceutical companies, is looking for a seasoned insight professional to join their flourishing Customer Insight team. This professional will provide thought and strategic leadership on Insight throughout various areas of the business.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead an annual Strategic Insight process, creating a mixed discipline (Market research, desk research, modelling) insight narrative which will form a key basis for annual strategy
  • Proactively deliver investigatory business solutions and customer/market insight, to support the activities of Human Pharma
  • Provide effective and timely Insight support with evidence-based techniques to the Human Pharma organization to maximise ongoing business performance and opportunities
  • Provide thought leadership and support on additional analytical tools and statistical techniques capable of delivering value going beyond the standard set
  • Support campaign impact assessment and channel mix modelling and provide data driven indications on how to optimise the campaign outcome
  • Perform robust statistical forecast as required by the business using evidence-based techniques

Key experience:

  • Ability to demonstrate relevant experience in a similar role
  • Previous experience with customer journeys analysis and customer segmentation strongly preferred
  • Previous experience in the Pharmaceutical or similar sector i.e. medical/NHS
  • Some experience of using IQVIA as a tool
  • Strong stakeholder engagement / management and presentation skills
