ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS
- A Master or Bachelor Degree in Economic or Humanistic disciplines
- Good knowledge of the English language
- Familiarity with the main IT software packages, including Word and Excel
- Cooperative approach with the stakeholders
- Accuracy and good analytical skills
ADDITIONAL SKILLS
- Knowledge of SAP software
- Experience in travel organization, administrative support and secretariat
- Good communication skills

Responsibilities:
- Interface for all relevant operational activities: drawing up orders and directly managing their issuance as part of the process of purchasing goods and services, in accordance with current legislation and with internal procedures, making use of the management information system (SAP) and monitoring the supply flow
- Issue of Purchase Orders
- Support in hiring procedures for employees and collaborators and management of student and undergraduate affiliation
- Interface with the scientific representatives and the internal and external stakeholders for all secretarial-administrative matters, including checking the progress of the budget assigned to the Research Lines
- Collaboration in the systematic archiving and conservation of supporting documents for expenses to prepare the relative reports
- Support for the preparation of reports and reporting files
- Organization of national and international travels of the Centre’s staff
- Organization of events, taking care of all the related obligation
