What’s your role?
Reporting to the Head of Research and Insight, as the Research Manager you will be an integral part of Bupa’s customer revolution by driving projects with high strategic value and working on user experience research relating to Bupa’s enterprise digital experiences. You will generate insights into why people do what they do and reveal what our users need from our products by conducting both primary and secondary research, exploring the behaviours and motivations of our users.
You will be responsible for amplifying learnings by communicating to stakeholders of all levels, presenting hypotheses, proposals, and experimental insight as inputs that continue to improve Bupa’s product and service offerings.You will lead a highly energised and talented team of Design Researchers & Behavioural Scientists and evolve ways in which Research & Insight specialist work at Bupa.
