Description:

We are seeking a highly qualified and motivated Research Manager to lead market research initiatives and prepare quarterly market reports. The ideal candidate will play a key role in analyzing real estate trends, producing data-driven insights, and supporting strategic decision-making. This position requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to translate data into actionable recommendations.

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in economics, Finance, Real Estate, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in market research, preferably within the real estate sector.
  • Strong knowledge of the Dubai real estate market, including key players, trends, and regulations.
  • Advanced analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, Power BI, or Tableau.
  • Excellent report-writing and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive market research and analysis on the real estate market in the UAE, including residential, commercial, and hospitality segments.
  • Prepare and deliver quarterly market reports, including detailed commentary on market performance, trends, and forecasts.
  • Track and analyze macroeconomic and real estate-specific indicators, including supply, demand, pricing, and transaction trends.
  • Develop and maintain databases to support research activities and ensure data accuracy and integrity.
  • Provide ad hoc research and analysis as needed to support business development, investment strategies, and client inquiries.
  • Monitor and report on competitor activity, industry developments, and emerging market opportunities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support strategic projects, including feasibility studies and investment pitches.
  • Present research findings and market insights to senior leadership, clients, and stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
  • Stay up to date on regional and global real estate trends, economic developments, and policy changes affecting the market.
  • Supervise and mentor junior team members, ensuring quality control and timely delivery of research outputs.
