Description:

Zappi is a fast growing consumer insights platform helping Fortune 500 companies deeply understand their customers. Our platform allows customers to pre-test new ideas and creative content before launch. From new products, media campaigns, names, logos, packaging or flavours, Zappi allows companies to kill bad ideas and improve on good ones. Customers can analyse their insights across their organisation and see their performance relative to the rest of their market. We bring together top expertise in data science and visualisation, UX and engineering to create a platform that allows non-expert users to make high-stakes decisions easily and confidently. Our working culture is incredibly important to us and our team – our retention is industry-leading.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a consumer insights or data analytics role, but product configuration or QA experience within a SaaS environment are big pluses.
  • Proven experience in research fundamentals, such as designing questionnaires, programming surveys, and interpreting results.
  • Excellent analytical skills, and crisp attention to detail.
  • Demonstrated ability to master new technologies, and apply your learnings within a reasonable timeframe where others may be daunted.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including product marketing, operations, and engineering.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey insights in a clear and engaging manner.
  • A self-starter with a detail-oriented approach and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
  • Familiarity with consumer behavior, market trends, and experience with advertising or innovation research.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a passion for technology and research, eager for on-the-job training, and who is curious to begin or grow their career in product management within an innovative environment.

  • Research Design: Ensure that our platform accurately collects systematic quantitative consumer research data.
  • Product Development: Contribute to the product development lifecycle, including participating in sprint planning, testing, and release processes.
  • User Feedback & Research: Support the team in collecting and codifying feedback to identify customer needs, pain points, and opportunities for product improvement.
  • Documentation & Training: Create and maintain product documentation and assist in training internal teams on new features and configurations.
  • Operations & Process: Contribute to ongoing process, system, and ways-of-working improvement work streams through feedback, collaboration, and project management.
