TE WHIWHINGA MAHI | THE OPPORTUNITY

We are looking for a Research Process Improvement Specialist to join our team! In this role, you will support the Research Services Improvement Manager in co-designing research services improvement initiatives with researchers and university research management and administration (RMA) professionals. You will identify pain points for researchers, funders and RMA professionals. You will work collaborativley with teams across the University to scope, design and validate people, process and information technology solutions. A critical element of this role is that you will effectively run the special interest groups and other fora for the prioritisation and development of improvement initiatives.
This is a full-time, 37.5 hours per week, on a 12-month contract. The salary range for this role is $80,900 - $99,900 per annum depending on experience and qualifications.
