Description:
We are seeking a Research Program Coordinator who will support the Johns Hopkins Drug Supply Chain Dashboard project, an initiative to improve data transparency and increase resiliency in the U.S. pharmaceutical supply chain. The Research Program Coordinator will manage the daily activities of the project, helping with project planning, implementation, monitoring, and communication.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s Degree in related discipline.
- Additional related experience may substitute for required education, to the extent permitted by the JHU equivalency formula.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Work experience as research program coordinator or equivalent.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office software, scheduling software, online meeting software.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Good academic writing skills. Full proficiency in English.

Responsibilities:
- Help conduct regular team meetings to track progress, address issues, and ensure alignment with project objectives.
- Help monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to ensure successful completion.
- Help oversee the identification, documentation, and protection of proprietary algorithms, models, software, and other IP assets.
- Maintain detailed project documentation and reports for stakeholders.
- Facilitate communication between investigators and project stakeholders, including external partners, helping with meeting scheduling and note taking.
- Facilitate communication and collaboration across JHU interdisciplinary teams.
- Track project expenditures and report on budget status.
- Communicate project updates and issues to investigators in a clear and timely manner, helping identify ways to incorporate feedback into project execution.
