Description:
RESEARCH PROJECT MANAGER (DR. LINDA FLEISHER)

Under general supervision from PI, oversees assigned complex population sciences research projects to meet organizational goals. Often handling simultaneous, multiple funded projects. Develops highly sophisticated data management systems (e.g. REDCaP) for program implementation, data collection and reporting. Assist in the development of data analysis plans based on the aims and study requirements. Conducts data analysis and works with biostats as needed. Prepares reports that are often integrated into progress and final reports to national funding agencies. Develops detailed work plans, schedules, project estimates, resource plans, and status reports. Manages study operations both internally and externally. Ensures adherence to quality standards, prepares and manages regulatory activities (IRB, ClinicalTrials.gov) and reviews project deliverables. Maintains relationship with regulatory offices both within the Center and externally. Responsible to maintain current knowledge of research related regulations. Recommends actions to direct the analysis and solutions of problems. Develops processes to monitor Human Subjects certifications and other training and certification of staff. Conducts literature reviews and assist in the development of proposals and scientific presentations.
Education
Bachelors Degree : Public Health, Psychology or related field (Required)
Combination of relevant education and experience may be considered in lieu of degree.
Experience
3 Years experience working in a research environment (Required)
2 Years experience working with data collection and reporting (Required)
Previous experience in managing multiple projects within required timelines and expectations (Required)
