  • Analyzing and framing the area’s need to utilize advanced analytics tools (e.g. Artificial Intelligence and Machine learning etc.) to leverage complex in vivo datasets, enhance our understanding of the translatability of our models and enable usage of historical data to reduce the need for future in vivo studies
  • Act as a bridge between in vivo scientists and digital science and innovation scientists
  • Effectively communicating and collaborating across global sites and setting project strategy by providing leadership of cross-functional project teams
  • Acting as a digital evangelist to inspire your colleagues to embark on our digital journey

QUALIFICATIONS

You hold a Ph.D. or a Master’s degree in biology or life science and profound expertise in at least one programming / scripting language (Python, R, or similar).

To succeed in this role, you have:

  • Proven ability to analyze and visualize complex multi-dimensional data sets
  • Capability of thriving in a dynamic environment, working collaboratively across disciplines as well as managing multiple projects independently.
  • Ideally, familiarity with advanced analytics of research data, e.g., via machine-learning algorithms
  • Preferably, scientific background in cardiometabolic physiology and experience with digital workflows and data types related to in vivo pharmacology
  • Ideally, a strong scientific network and international experience

On a personal level, you are an open-minded and a pro-active team player who can easily navigate in a matrix organisation. You have problem-solving and strong execution skills with excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
