QUALIFICATIONS

The ideal candidate for this position has master’s degree in chemistry, materials science, or a related field. Additionally, you will possess the following skills and experiences:

  • Effective collaborator with excellent communication and project management skills, capable of working seamlessly with cross-functional teams such as R&D, production, and quality assurance
  • Proven experience in a laboratory setting with practical, hands-on assignments is essential.
  • A background in experimental organic chemistry is preferred but not required.
  • Demonstrated experience in scaling up processes from laboratory to production scale.
  • Experience in setting up and optimizing pilot-scale facilities.
  • Commitment to maintaining a safe and compliant laboratory environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Design, conduct, and analyze experiments to develop new products and improve existing ones.
  • Lead efforts to scale up laboratory processes to production scale, addressing any challenges that arise during the transition.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including R&D, production, and quality assurance, to ensure project success.
  • Prepare technical reports, and presentations, to showcase your research findings.
  • Characterize properties using advanced techniques like spectroscopy, chromatography, microscopy, light scattering and thermal analysis
