This role requires the successful candidate to maintain a Working with Children Check The successful candidate can apply for the WWCC as part of the onboarding process. Responsibilities:
- Data Management Solutions: Conduct requirement analysis, research, and prototype technological solutions to underpin human genomics data management and dissemination.
- Software Development: Contribute to the design, coding, testing, and debugging of software applications tailored for efficient handling of large-scale genomics data in cloud or hybrid environments.
- Collaboration and Alignment: Work closely with international collaborators, commercial partners, and researchers to align software development efforts with research objectives and industry standards.
- Deployment and Maintenance: Participate in the deployment, scaling, and maintenance of data management solutions, ensuring robustness, security, and optimal performance.
