POSITION SUMMARY
Applications are invited for the role of Research Support Officer (Technical Researcher) to join the Insight SFI Research Centre for Data Analytics. The position holder will work as a Research Support Officer - Technical, assuming task leadership responsibilities in the Horizon Europe project AI4Europe: An AI-on-demand platform to support Research Excellence in Europe.
The Research Support Officer -Technical will support the UCC PI and the Technical Coordinator to execute several technical activities in the project towards the development and maintenance of the AI-on-Demand platform. The Technical Research Support Officer will be responsible for leading tasks and ensuring timely completion of high-quality project deliverables, milestones, and other reports. The post holder will be responsible for managing the day-to-day activities of the platform in liaison with the Technical Coordinator and providing updates and key information to the UCC PI and the Project Manager. The Technical Research Support Officer will work closely with the UCC AI4Europe team, other partners in the consortium, as well as with a variety of project stakeholders across Europe.
