Description:
KWS SAAT SE & Co. KGaA is looking for a Technical Assistant (m/f/d) for the plant cell culture department. As a member of our international team, you will work full-time and on a permanent basis at our research site in Einbeck, Lower Saxony.
Responsibilities:
- Carrying out plant regeneration, genome editing and transformation experiments
- Application and development of transformation and genome editing methods in different crop species
- Culture of donor material for transformation in both laboratory and greenhouse
- Analysis of transgenic events through leaf sampling
- Culture of in vitro plants until they are transferred to the greenhouse
- Detailed documentation of the experiments in electronic databases
- Compilation and evaluation of experimental results
