QUALIFICATIONS
Education:
- 4-year undergraduate Degree, with courses completed in Behavioural Research (preferably in Psychology)
- Completion of TCPS2 training and strong understanding of the three guiding principles of the TCPS2 and its implementation in practice is preferred
Experience:
- 1 year of experience providing administrative support and customer service in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with physiological equipment and methodology preferred

- Presentation and public speaking skills

Responsibilities:
The Research Technician provides support to the Research Officer and the Research Office by providing hands-on assistance for running the Behavioural Lab to support the development of knowledge of faculty research at Ivey. Additionally, the Research Technician provides support for Business undergraduates, PhD students, and behavioral researchers. The role will ensure the availability of materials and information necessary for labs, coordinate schedules, run studies and prepare various communications to support the Lab.
