Job Description
As a Research Technician, you will work alongside our research team to conduct a small-plot research program within our seeds portfolio. We prioritize safety by ensuring all team members receive relevant training, are accountable for their safety and others, and are encouraged to contribute ideas for improvement.

ACCOUNTABILITIES

• Execution of small-plot research program in Soy and Corn, which involves activities such as planning, planting, monitoring, and collecting data from small-scale research trials aimed at evaluating different varieties, treatments, or agronomic practices for soy and corn.
• Preparation of research materials, plot layout, and application of compounds.
• Record keeping and data collection on Stage 2-6 trials to evaluate progress throughout the season.
• Gain valuable experience in agricultural practices, crop production, machinery operation, identification of weeds, insect and crop diseases, and trial methodology.
