We are seeking a skilled contractor to support the implementation of randomized controlled trials (RCTs) with our external customers. The ideal candidate will take on the most time-consuming operational tasks related to our project, complementing our in-house resources. This role involves creating high-quality, realistic documents and tasks for study participants, managing Microsoft 365 tenants, and translating customer workflows into simulated tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
Formulate realistic “fake” documents and tasks for information worker subjects, ensuring they are high-quality and written in fluent English.
Manage Microsoft 365 tenants, including:
Setting permissions
Creating tenants
Purchasing and assigning licenses
Troubleshooting access and technology issues
Translate typical customer tasks into simulated tasks relevant to the experiment.
Collaborate on A/B testing and experiment design, ensuring smooth execution of randomized controlled trials.
Work closely with internal team members to ensure all tasks and experimental setups are aligned with project goals and timelines.
Qualifications:
Strong experience creating simulated tasks/documents based on real-world customer workflows.
Expertise in Microsoft 365 tenant management, including troubleshooting and license management.
Familiarity with A/B testing or randomized controlled trials (RCTs) and the ability to apply experimental methodologies.
Ability to work with data and assist in setting up data collection processes.
Excellent organizational skills, with experience coordinating and managing project logistics.
High-level English proficiency, particularly in creating high-quality written content.
Preferred Qualifications:
Prior experience working with customer research or product testing.
Familiarity with Qualtrics survey design and management
