We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Executive Search Researcher to join our team.

ABOUT US:

Equiida was established in 2019 as a disrupter in Executive Search and Leadership Consulting. We think progressively, we act purposefully, and are underpinned by proven methods, systems, and processes that build client performance, culture, inclusion, and engagement. We believe traditional Executive Search and advisory services are no longer relevant and need to change. We are aiming to embark on the next phase of scaling up and are seeking a highly motivated, ambitious, and determined Researcher to join our team.

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS:

  • Able to demonstrate a team spirit, positivity, tenacity, confidence, ambition, and desire to succeed
  • Previous experience in executive search, talent acquisition, or research-driven recruitment
  • Strong analytical and research skills with the ability to source and evaluate top-tier candidates
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with senior professionals
  • Proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter, databases, and other sourcing tools
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and work to tight deadlines
  • A proactive and detail-orientated mindset

Responsibilities:

ROLE OVERVIEW:

As a Researcher, you will play a crucial role in the Executive Search process by identifying, mapping, initial outreach, and engaging high-calibre candidates for senior-level roles. You will also be involved in solution design and development for coaching, top team performance events, assessment, and culture change.
You will work closely with the leaders, consultants, and clients to support projects through in-depth research and market analysis.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Conduct comprehensive market research to identify potential candidates for executive-level positions
  • Develop talent maps and target lists across various industries and organisations
  • Use a variety of tools and methodologies (databases, social media, networking) to source top-tier talent
  • Engage with prospective candidates to assess their suitability, motivation, and interest in opportunities
  • Support client growth and acquisition through meeting creation, support and engagement
  • Contribute towards thought leadership articles and social media communication and impact
  • Collaborate with consultants to create search strategies tailored to client needs
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records on our database
  • Provide insights on industry trends, competitor activity, and talent movements
  • Check research to ensure it is error-free and ready for reporting out to the client
  • Run reports for weekly meetings with clients and other relevant reporting
  • Calendar management and scheduling of interviews and candidate assessments
  • Cultivate candidate and industry-expert relationships for business growth
