REQUIREMENTS

The successful candidate will demonstrate:

• Ability to initiate conversations and deliver projects successfully.
• Proficiency in working independently and as part of a global team.
• Commitment to achieving objectives and targets.
• Eagerness to improve knowledge and skills within their market/sector.
• Abilities in time management, organisation and high levels of adaptability.
• Degree level education desirable.
• At least 2 years of recruitment experience is required.

RESPONSIBILITIES

In an exciting and dynamic setting, you will:

• Proactively lead the mandate including candidate identification, long listing, briefings and feedback.
• Form profitable leads and present them to the relevant internal departments.
• Collate market intelligence insights for use in recruitment projects.
• Conduct insightful industry-specific research and contribute to online publications.
• Foster harmonious relationships with clients, HRs, and international sales teams.
• If you are a Senior Researcher, you will also have the chance to manage relationships beyond your mandate, generate intelligence reports and mentor junior researchers.
