WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?

Join us as a Researcher and be at the forefront of applied research, focusing on developing biological control solutions for growers. You will be an integral part of the dynamic New Solutions team, dedicated to creating innovative solutions to the pest challenges faced by growers. This role includes finding new natural enemies, extending the use of our current portfolio and, testing efficacy in our lab, our greenhouses and growers fields.
We are looking for someone who is a true driving force. You are capable of taking the lead on a project, collecting your own data, analyzing it, and drawing conclusions. You will be heavily involved in research, independently selecting the appropriate thesis that fits the project question. This role also involves providing advice to the project team, which means you must have strong and open communication skills.
You will work closely with crop specialists and farmers, contribute to international projects and provide valuable insights to steer project teams. You will also have the opportunity to develop your own innovative ideas, making use of our state-of-the-art tools, laboratories and greenhouses at Koppert.

• A competitive salary ranging from €4.494,62 to €5.992,82 per month based on a 40-hour workweek, depending on your knowledge and experience.
• An annual variable bonus scheme of 10-15% (depending on company performance and personal objectives).
