JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Be in US time zone *could be based in another country with one of the US time zones
Full professional proficiency in English
Meticulous attention to details
Computer literate, advanced knowledge of MS Office
Understanding of the needs of very sophisticated, affluent, upscale clientele
Professional, proactive, resourceful, positive, team-oriented attitudee
Ability and willingness to take direction as well as be self-motivated and work independently;
Comfortable with working from home
Responsibilities:
Create and update customized private luxury itineraries for travel agents and direct clients
Follow requests’ confirmation
Issue invoices and process clients’ payments
Work in collaboration with hotel specialist and independently to quote and confirm hotels’ bookings
Work in collaboration with the various staff members and the CEO
